At Raman Kaur Artistry, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Product quality assurance

  • We use the most advanced technology at our disposal to ensure the highest grade of colour matching of art prints to originals pieces. Unavoidably however, there will be some expected variations.

  • In some cases, the digital prints are purposefully edited to enhance the digital image and final print to make a unique digital print in its own right. 

Packaging and Shipping

  • Every piece of art is packaged ever so carefully and lovingly by the Artist herself. ​

  • Whilst the business is in its infancy, it can take up to 28 working days to prepare prints for shipping and it can take up to 31 working days to prepare original pieces for shipping. 

  • Shipping is available world-wide on all art and ceramics. Please see the section on payment to learn about additional fees not included in the price of any product.

  • Estimated time for shipping nationally within the UK is up to 4 weeks after preparation. International shipping is likely to be much longer, especially so with the impact of covid-19 globally. 

Payment Options,  Processing Fees and Shipping Costs

  • All products can be purchased via the current website only, using a range of applicable credit and debit options. All payment transactions are handled by outsourcing a payment service which applies its own non-refundable processing fee. This currently stands at: 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP and is non-refundable. This fee is already included in all listed prices for all products.

  • Orders are fulfilled upon the completion of payment processing.

  • FREE UK shipping is available on all products.

  • FREE world-wide shipping is available on all products however this excludes all other additional fees such as import fees and any other unknown costs related to import fees. These additional and unknown costs are the buyers responsibility to pay. If any such additional costs remain unpaid, then the item will be returned back to us and upon receiving this in the same condition it was sent, a refund will be processed excluding the original processing fee which as mentioned is non-refundable.

  • e-Gift cards are purchasable on all products except commissions. 

Refund Policy 

  • Contact us at ramankaur-artistry@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to discuss a refund. Proof of purchase is required. 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of when a request for a refund has been accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging costs. Items should be returned in an unused and unspoilt condition. Monetary deductions from the amount to be returned will be incurred if this is not followed. 

  • To be eligible for a refund onto a gift card, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Change of mind refunds requests or a refund for any other reason will not be accepted outside of the 14 day window to make contact to discuss a refund.  

  • A  no exchange policy on all goods is in operation. 

  • For all accepted refunds, the refunded price will exclude the original processing fee as mentioned earlier (See section on processing fees). 

  • Commissions are non refundable due to the personalisation and close work between the collector and the Artist.

Liability Policy 

  • Raman Kaur Artistry is not not liable for items once in the possession of the buyer/collector and therefore does not accept liability for purchases which are damaged or faulty due the mishandling of items by the collector/buyer.
